We take our hiring process very seriously because we know good security service cannot happen without good employees.

NWSS applicants are interviewed and tested on relevant concepts during the first phase of our application process. We do not solely depend on initial impressions when choosing Security Officer candidates. Following our first interview, we conduct thorough background investigations on each candidate chosen for further consideration.

After careful assessment of all known information about the individual, we decide whether to extend an invitation to pre-assignment training. Job offers are extended ONLY after the applicant has successfully completed this training.
