| PUBLIC RELATIONS, IMAGE AND UNIFORM POLICY
We explain that NWSS Security Officers are the Client's representative, as well as NWSS'. Public Relations is a major part of the duties and the Security Officers are instructed that they must be courteous, polite and professional at all times. Topics covered are image, attitude, customer service, greeting people, dealing with the difficult person, communication and telephone skills/listening. |
|
| ON-SITE TRAINING
The NWSS Security Officer is then further trained on-site by a NWSS Field Supervisor. A customized training checklist based on the site's Post Orders is utilized to document training of the Security Officer. Field Supervisors monitor the Security Officer's continuing performance at your property. CPR, AED and First Aid training are also available to Security Officers depending on the specifications for each property.
