| CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT
NWSS operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week!
Our Field Supervisory staff is in the field to provide immediate response. Field Supervisors ensure that all Security Officers have arrived on time and are at their site. All NWSS Field Supervisors are Washington State Certified Trainers.
Whenever there is an incident and an Incident Report is completed by the Security Officer, a Field Supervisor is called to the premises.

| CONTINUED TRAINING
Field Supervisors are thoroughly trained before initial start up of our services, which ensures qualified training at each property we service. This helps maintain consistency in our site training program so each Security Officer is trained precisely to company standards.
Security Officer on-site trainings are primarily conducted by the Field Supervisors, utilizing a training check list specifically designed for each Client's property.
After initial on-site training, follow up inspections are made to ensure the Security Officer is knowledgeable of specific procedures and details.

| ENSURING QUALITY
Our Field Supervisors ensure consistent quality on a daily basis.
Field Supervisors provide periodic, unannounced inspections on all shifts, to ensure performance of required duties, appearance and conditions of the site. Inspection Reports are completed, acknowledged by the Security Officer and reviewed by Operations Management. |

Field Supervisors provide special assistance and/or back-up support during emergencies, ensuring Security Officers' actions are in compliance with Post Order instructions.
Field Supervisors assist in maintaining and updating Post Order instructions.
All Field Supervisors carry wireless communication devices to communicate with and monitor the performance of Security Officers in the field.
