At any given time, at least three members of the Management Team are on-call and ready to respond to the needs of our Clients and Security Officers. NWSS provides 24-hour Field Supervision.

Our Field Supervisors are equipped to communicate with and monitor the performance of Security Officers in the field.

Mobile Vehicle Patrol Officers also communicate regularly with Field Supervisors, in order to provide back-up in emergency situations.

Our Field Supervisors ensure consistent quality on a daily basis.

Each Field Supervisor is a qualified trainer at each property. This maintains consistency in our site training program so each Security Officer is trained precisely to company standards. Learn more about our training HERE.
