• Paul Dockendorff formed Northwest Security Services Inc. in 1982. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington and served in the Naval Submarine Service. Before founding NWSS he was employed by several general contracting firms as Superintendent with quality control responsibilities including project security.



• He is a past President of the Washington State Security Council, and assisted in the initial development of the Washington State Security Guard Licensing Program.

• Stephen visits with Clients regularly and meets with NWSS Management Staff daily to monitor performance and effectiveness in responding to Client needs.



• Stephen joined NWSS in 1998 and has specialized training in Crime Prevention through Environmental Design (CPTED). He is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), and served on the Washington State DOL Security Officer Training Committee and the BOMA Membership Services Committee. In addition, he is a member of the Seattle Police Department's West Precinct Security forum, Redmond Police Department Security Forum, Hotel Security Alert Network and the Washington State Security Council. He also serves on the Metropolitan Improvement District's Public Areas Committee.



• He is a Washington State Certified Trainer and member of ATAP (Association of Threat Assessment Professionals).

• Lynn brings 24 years of experience to our team in Law Enforcement, Hospital Security, and Private Security.



• She is responsible for interviewing, selecting, and backgrounding our Security Officer candidates. Lynn administers our comprehensive pre-assignment training program and administers the State of Washington licensing requirements for our Company.



• Lynn joined NWSS in 1998. She is a Washington State Certified Trainer and an advisor to the Washington State Department of Licensing (DOL) Security Officer Training & ad hoc Legislative Committees. In addition, Lynn is a member of the Washington State Security Council.

• Kevin oversees all company operations and works closely with our Management Team to ensure our operational commitments are met. He provides leadership, training and guidance to our Field Supervisors and Site Supervisors. Kevin develops strong partnerships with our Clients and Security Officers. He works with the Assistant Operations Manager to update Post Orders and communicate staffing and procedural changes.



• Kevin joined NWSS in 2004, and was promoted to Assistant Operations Manager in October 2005 and Operations Manager in August 2006. He comes to NWSS with strong management, customer service, and training skills developed while working many years as a Loss Prevention Manager for a major, national retailer.



• Kevin has an Associates degree in Criminal Justice from Shoreline Community College.

MARK McGINNIS, MOBILE OPERATIONS MANAGER

• Mark schedules and trains 16 Mobile Officers and maintains the 19 SUV vehicles in our Mobile Fleet.

• Mark came to NWSS in 1995 and is responsible for all mobile patrol routes, Client interface and fleet management.
