• Coded, metallic buttons are installed at specific locations, recording the exact time the Patrol Officer was there. Clients receive activity reports.

During the mid 1990's, NWSS saw a need to provide additional services, beyond on-site security, for existing and future Clients. We were challenged to research and create a random mobile vehicle patrol and alarm response division for Clients who did not require full time, on-site security.

In 1997, the NWSS Mobile Vehicle Patrol Division was born. With two vehicles and four Mobile Patrol Officers, our vision to provide the best services in the industry was soon realized.

Wanting to provide services that would be fully accountable, both for ourselves and our Clients, we tested and implemented the Touch Track Performance Verification System. At the touch of a button, every stop at every site is tracked and activity reports are generated for our mobile Clients.

Today we serve 100 + sites, with 5 mobile routes, 19 patrol vehicles, and 16 Mobile Patrol Officers. Our commitment is to maintain the highest quality services in the Greater Puget Sound Area!

Our Mobile Patrol Officers are experienced Security personnel. Promoted from within the ranks of on-site Security Officer staff, NWSS Mobile Patrol Officers receive specialized training and are tested regularly on driver safety. NWSS Field Supervisors, our Mobile Operations Manager, and Patrol Officers are linked through an interactive communication system, ensuring ready back-up in the event of an emergency.
