| 24 HOUR FIELD SUPERVISION
Our Field Supervisors are equipped to communicate with and monitor the performance of Security Officers in the field. Mobile Vehicle Patrol Officers also communicate regularly with Field Supervisors in the event emergency back-up is required.

NWSS has a proven commitment that, in the event of a disaster, our services continue! We will do what it takes to remain fully operational!
Equipped with emergency generator support & our 4x4 SUV fleet vehicles, we are prepared to continue our services, including transportation of our Security Officers to & from their sites.
Several years ago, during a major snow storm, our Management Team worked 57 hours straight to ensure our Clients received expected levels of service!
