...Thank you for your wonderful service...I also really appreciate the professionalism, dedication to training and communication your company provides. Not needing to re orient each person filling in, takes a large burden off of our already stretched shoulders. Our worries are at ease with you guys on the job.
Just wanted to make you aware that....our weekend guard found a leak in a construction area on ....New Years Day at about 0530 that could have turned into a real disaster. He contacted me and helped me to shut down the system when I arrived on site and prior to my arrival he shut off valves that I designated over the phone. (He) is an excellent employee as I am sure you are aware and please let him know that everyone here....appreciates his efforts.
I’ve said it before and wanted to send it in writing, too; our security team is outstanding! (They) are a pleasure to greet each day. They’re personable and helpful to visitors, staff and students. Although they are here to protect us, and do so admirably, time (and) again I’ve seen them direct visitors to the admissions desk or other departments in such a kind and conscientious fashion one would think they work directly for (the school). The security team is an asset to our school’s mission and reputation and for that I am appreciative and grateful!!

I would like to thank you as well as all of the security officers, supervisors, managers, directors, and CEO of the company for giving me the honor to work at such a great company. I enjoyed the wonderful atmosphere the security team strived to accomplish and the professionalism of the office staff was second to none. The flexibility of the scheudling was well thought out and gave me the freedom to complete my studies which I gratefully appreciate... I wish nothing but the best for NWSS along with its entire staff of wonderful people. Thank you again for giving me 5 memorable years at NWSS.
